What time can I check-in? 
Check-in is officially 15.00 – 21.00. 


Can I check-in early?
Early check-in is only available upon request and depending on availability. 


How do I check-in?
Depending on your arrival time, we will let you know how you will check-in. There are two ways you can check-in:
1. A representative from our team will be in the apartment to give you the keys
2. You will receive instructions to check in using a lockbox. 


What time do I have to check-out?
Check-out is at 12pm (the latest). 


Can I check-out late?
Late check-out is only available upon request with an extra charge.  


What happens if I arrive or leave very late at night or early in the morning? Can I leave the keys in the apartment? 
Please inform us of your arrival/departure time and we will give you detailed instructions for your check-in/out. 


How can I pay for my reservation?
We accept all cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). Payments are made via Paypal. 


What happens if I cancel my reservation?

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.


Is there a cleaning service included in the price?
Cleaning services depend on the duration of your stay. Please get in touch with our team for more information. 


Where can I find a complete list of amenities and features for each apartment? 
On the webpage for each apartment you will find a complete description of its specific amenities. 

Should I bring my own linen? 
There is no need for that. In our apartments you will find a complete set of household linens for the duration of your stay. Note that this also includes bath towels. 


Will I have Internet access in my apartment? 
All apartments feature Wi-Fi Internet connections. 


Can I smoke in the apartment? 
All apartments are non-smoking.  You can only smoke in the balcony.


Are pets allowed? 
No. We have a strict no-pets policy for all our apartments. 


Can I cook in my apartment? 
Yes, you are welcome to cook. All apartments are equipped with necessary cooking equipment. 


Which toiletries are provided? 
Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.
